I think the only excuse I need is a doll-toting accomplice! I would love to have an AG buddy in real life. As long as there were two of us carrying our dolls around, I do't think I would feel embarrassed.

(I guess it was flashing when she took the picture and it showed up solid... but it's to funny.)
Stanley isn't quite as fun as a traveling doll, but it sure costs less to mail.
That's a good point. if I had a friend walk with one of the dolls with me, I wouldn't be so embarrassed either.
My dolls regularly accompany me to the office and have been known to tour Chicago with me. I don't really get many strange looks. Probably because people can sense that I'm comfortable carting them around with me. But then, the opinions of random strangers really don't mean much to me.
For those who want the privacy of a tote bag, I highly recommend the Dolly Duffel.

I've got last year's denim model and will likely purchase the new leather model that's coming out in February. Only the best for my girls.

I want to take my dolls out with me, but when I mentioned our challenge from Prasnlrd last night to Mom she thought it was a little "weird". Personally, I think it would be a blast. Just need to find out how my dad feels about it, since the really fun events he usually accompanies me (like car shows, flea markets, etc.) since I'm not overly fond of being out alone other then shopping.
Hmmmm...now I'm itching to try it! To hades with what people think of a 23 year old carting a doll around! <G>
Here! Here! I agree! If my 22year old brother can take his gameboy out and be fine with it- then I who cares what others think if I take one of my dolls out! After all, they make me happy, so why shouldn't I show them off! We should all be proud of our AGs!
